Amanda is a Trading Associate at 1919 Investment Counsel. In her role, she is responsible for supporting portfolio management teams in trade execution.

Outside of the office, Amanda is a student Ambassador for Johns Hopkins Carey Business School, where she attends new and prospective student events, speaking on her own experience balancing a career and school schedule, and what to expect at Hopkins.

Prior to joining the firm, Amanda was an Analyst for six years for Park Circle Investments, a private investment company located in Baltimore.  Additionally, she worked for a private investment company in Baltimore, Park Circle, for six years, where she handled their internal investment performance reporting and trading activity reporting.

In her spare time, Amanda enjoys traveling, reading (she collects vintage cookbooks), photography, visiting art museums, and cooking.

Amanda graduated from Colorado Technical University, where she majored in accounting. Additionally, she is in her final semester at Johns Hopkins Carey Business School for her Masters in Finance.
