Ian is a Principal at 1919 Investment Counsel. In his role in Growth Operations, Ian leads the firm’s marketing efforts, and he oversees the coordination and implementation of strategic projects that support new business, client experience, and the firm’s growth. Ian is a member of the Vendor Management Committee, as well as the Women & Wealth Advisory and Human Capital Teams.

Ian joined the firm in 2015 and has held various roles in business development within the New York Office. Before joining the firm, he was a Research Associate at Cognolink Ltd. (now ThirdBridge).

Ian graduated from Vanderbilt University with a B.A. in Political Science and a double minor in Corporate Strategy and Financial Economics.
